Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned cartridges, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
